Important: Live Aula does not collect, store, or process any student personal data. Students access courses anonymously through links, QR codes, or PIN codes without providing personal information. This is a fundamental feature of our platform.

To use Live Aula services, you must provide certain information including your name, email address, institution name, and contact details. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date.
By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications related to your account and service usage. You can opt out of marketing communications while still receiving essential service-related messages.
Live Aula services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly or annual payments as specified in your service agreement. Payment terms and pricing are provided during the quote process and confirmed in your service contract.
All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy or required by applicable law. SinLios Soluciones Digitales reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle.
SinLios Soluciones Digitales commits to providing professional support services during regular business hours. Support channels include email and WhatsApp as listed on our contact page. Response time targets are communicated during the onboarding process.
While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Live Aula platform, including all software, designs, graphics, and documentation, are owned by SinLios Soluciones Digitales. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for educational purposes in accordance with these terms.
You retain all rights to the courses, content, and materials you create using the platform. By uploading content to Live Aula, you grant SinLios Soluciones Digitales a limited license to host and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Critically, Live Aula is designed not to collect student personal data. As a user, you are responsible for ensuring that any content you create and any use of the platform complies with applicable privacy laws, including ensuring that no personal data of students is processed without appropriate legal basis.
SinLios Soluciones Digitales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Live Aula platform.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amounts paid by you for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
THE LIVE AULA PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SINLIOS SOLUCIONES DIGITALES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will have the opportunity to export your content within 30 days. After this period, your content may be permanently deleted from our systems.
SinLios Soluciones Digitales reserves the right to terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain.
SinLios Soluciones Digitales reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
